Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged when returned.
Inspection and Evaluation
Once your return is received, the item will be carefully inspected. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be approved or denied after evaluation of the returned piece.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted if a manufacturing issue or defect is identified.
However, the seller reserves the right to deny a refund if the item shows damage caused by:

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

The packaging

The shipping box
This documentation is necessary for filing a claim with the shipping carrier or print lab. Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Made-to-Order Items
All prints are produced on demand once an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of fine art print production, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong material (paper, acrylic, or metal)
